Cancellation by the User

Before the tournament starts: You may cancel your participation as long as it falls within the time frame specified on the tournament page. The entry fee will be credited to your Fantasy Fenix account as a balance.

After the tournament starts: Once the tournament has started, cancellations are not allowed. The entry fee will not be refunded, as the results are based on actual player performances.

Cancellation by Fantasy Fenix

• Insufficient participants: If the required number of participants is not met, Fantasy Fenix reserves the right to cancel the tournament. In this case, a full refund of the entry fee will be issued.
• Technical issues: In the event of unexpected technical disruptions or other factors that affect fair play, the tournament may be canceled. Refunds will be issued, and affected users will be notified promptly.
• Violation of rules: If a tournament must be canceled due to rule violations, no refunds will be issued as per our Fair Play Policy.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for refunds: Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
  • Tournament cancellation by Fantasy Fenix.
  • Canceling participation before the tournament begins.
  • Payment errors or billing issues.
• Refund method: Refunds will be credited to your Fantasy Fenix account as balance. This balance can be used for future tournaments or withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal policy.
• Non-refundable cases: No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
  • Disqualification for violating rules.
  • Losses based on actual player performances in the tournament.
  • Requests made after the tournament has started or concluded.

Withdrawing Account Balance

• Withdrawal request: You can request a withdrawal once your account balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method linked to your account.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3-5 business days, depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal fees: Fantasy Fenix may charge a small fee for processing withdrawals. Any such fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm the withdrawal.
